We are proud to have an active school council.  We are elected children who represent all of the children in our school.  We seek and listen to ideas so that we can make improvements to our fabulous school.  Each class has two representatives who attend meetings and feedback to the class. We work hard to make improvements to our school.  Last year we improved our Wildlife Area and Peace Garden as well as organising events for our school.  It can be quite tricky to ensure that best intentions suit all people in the school family but we are helped by Mrs Jones and Mr Rosevear.

During our meetings each member gets to speak and share thoughts/ideas. We then discuss these and vote on the best ideas. Our mission is to make these goals come to life.  This year we have been thinking about the following:

• Sports Leaders for playtimes
• A colouring club for breaktime
• Further improvements for our wildlife area
• A suggestions box for all children to use
• Litter picking to keep our school environment looking safe for wildlife
• A charity fundraising event for Guide Dogs
